Delete your MotoProof account

MotoProof users can delete their account directly inside the app.

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to MotoProof.
2. Open Settings.
3. Open the account/privacy section and choose Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Account deletion is intended to remove your MotoProof account and associated Garage data stored for the service, subject to information we may need to retain where required by law, security or legitimate record-keeping obligations.

Can't access the app?

Email privacy@motoproof.co.uk from the email address associated with your MotoProof account and request account deletion. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting.
